In this process, sheet metal parts are sprayed with powdered paint (which comes in a wide variety of colours to suit your aesthetic desires!) and then baked in an oven. Powder coating creates a strong and corrosion-resistant layer over each part that is far more durable than other finishing methods.

Bead blasting is the operation of propelling - typically with compressed air - a stream of abrasive material (blast media) against a surface to affect the surface finish. Bead blasting gives each Sheet Metal part a smooth, matte appearance.

This non-contact, thermal-based Sheet Metal manufacturing process is capable of producing intricate parts without the need for a custom-designed tool. Laser Cutting is ultra-precise and is also the most cost-effective method of Sheet Metal Fabrication due to its minimal set-up cost and fast cutting process.
